"TERMS & CONDITIONS"

IN ORDER TO PROCESS A RESERVATION WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

We always require an up to date copy of ittinerary of all tours arranged by client.

10% or agreed amount; (non refundable) Deposit upon booking and final payment to be made 30 days prior to collection date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of a  cancellation,  written notice of your cancellation must be mailed or faxed to Rowan Travel as soon as possible.

Any deposit is non refundable. If services are cancelled by client after total/final payment has been made only a 50% of total amount will be refunded. If any trip is canceled by Rowan Travel all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is a legal requirement in Scotland that operators carry appropriate Operator Licensing approvals and commercial vehicle/fleet insurance (referred to as Private Hire or Hire and Reward Insurance)

The absence of either may void all personal passenger liability insurance cover. If you are considering taking up the offer of transport from a provider in Scotland we advise you to ask the Operator for his/her appropriate Operator Licensing approval references. Rowan Travel is PSV Operator licensed approved by VOSA and carries all appropriate commercial insurance. We operate strictly in accordance with those requirements for the operation Passenger Service Vehicles and in particular with regard to scheduled maintenance and safety checks AND the observance of UK Driver Hours laws for your safety and peace of mind.

FINAL BALANCE:

Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment may be paid by check, Visa or MasterCard.      

SPECIAL SERVICES:

Special arrangements are non-refundable.

BAGGAGE:

Your driver will assist in unloading and loading baggage at all times,but your Baggage is your responsability,please ensure it is loaded and unloaded at all relevant stopping points.
